Quofix is provided for UK drylining, ceiling and commercial fit-out contractors who need measured takeoffs, quotations and variation records for live packages.
This policy explains what we store, where it is held, and how you can contact us about your account.
When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication details through our identity provider. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, not plain text.
A signed session cookie keeps you signed in on your device. You can sign out at any time from your account workspace.
When you are signed in, saved jobs, base quotations and linked variations can be stored against your account so you can return to the same package on another visit.
Calculator takeoffs you run without saving remain in your browser session until you leave or clear site data.
Paid plans and pay-per-quote purchases are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe; Quofix does not store full card numbers on our servers.
We retain billing-related identifiers needed to confirm your subscription status and apply plan features.
If you email support, we use your message and account email to respond. Do not send full client drawing packs unless we have asked for them.
We aim to respond during UK business hours.
You can update workspace details from your account, request password reset by email, and contact support if you need help with access or saved data questions.
Clearing browser storage on a device may remove local calculator state that has not been saved to your account.
