•System being priced: metal stud, MF ceiling, suspended grid or tape & joint
•Specification, plasterboard build-up or ceiling detail where known
•Access, waste, phasing or main-contractor notes that affect the allowance

What the quote covers

•Measured material quantity summary
•Material and labour basis for the package
•Original quotation total with assumptions
